[Misc] Kyocera 3554ci clicking sound on coloured prints

An issue I've seen a bit is the main drive assy DR-8370 would make a sharp clicking sound at the start of a print job but only when printing in colour. I could never pin point the exact issue in the drive unit to make the sound, kyoceta usually approves putting in a new drive unit to fix the issue
any idea or solutions to fix the unit without need a whole new one

i would check the drive for transfer belt lifting.
First step will be the white gear on the belt itself, second step will be the dr unit.
