    Utax 3206ci prints ripple pattern

    Hey everybody

Utax 3206ci, which has done only 20k (10k bw and 10k color), shows quality issues after transportation to another location. Single color printout shows ripple pattern, especially with k-color, same patter shows up with other colors too, but not to the same degree as with black color.

The customer has run all possible maintenance routines (refresh toners, adjust drums etc.), but the same problem persists. Any suggestions?

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Have you been using aftermarket toner?
Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.

No. Everything is original since the machine hasn't been heavily used.

Have you pulled and inspected the Black Developer unit?
