you stated you use genuine toner. which leads me to believe you also use genuine kyocera parts. and i would believe you also have updated firmware. so, if you are having to clean the transfer roller that often. then something else is the cause? what is the actual problem that points you to the fact that you need to clean the roller so often?

LOL... Its NOT the transfer roller, its the PCR Main Charger roller. Streaks down the page, sometimes just a repetitive mark down the page... It doesn't always rear its ugly head until a few thousand pages after cleaning it. I have been using window cleaner since the mention of it from this post & so far so good. I have a few machines that are close to the 300K maint. & they are the ones with the most charge roller issue. I figured it was because of being close to the maint kit time, but I also I have a few with just 50K on them starting to show charge roller shading & once I clean it it is good for a while.Comment
