I'd think this would be easier than it is but our vendor is telling us our Kyocera Taskalfa 6003i is end of life. We leased it new in 2020 so I don't buy it. Anyone have a resource to find EOL Kyocera? I did try several google searches with no luck. Thank you.

Someone else may be able to help with the actual “EOL” but I’ll just give you my perspective on this machine.
We have a client who has printed over 30million in the ten years or so we have had them. They have had 8001, 8002 and now a 7003i.
Prior to the 7003i, all the machines have run 4 years and have produced over 12million. The 7003i has 7 million and we advised the client we would only do a three year contract due to the high volumes. In the new year a 9003i will be going in and it will be 100% do and charge as they don’t want a contract.
As the previous machines have been extremely reliable I believe they will be better off on do and charge, buying their own toner (genuine only) and paying for all parts an labour.
it was interesting to note that on all the machines that hit 10 million, the service counters stuck at 9,999,999. The total counter continued fine.
How many prints has your machine got on it? -
I am looking at the "Schedule of parts and field service support list" right now and that model is so new that it is not even on the list yet. The previous model is the 6002 and the part available for that one is till july 2026, so for the 6003 we will be able to get parts for that one till at least 2029.👍 1Comment
