taskalfa 3212i with paperjam 4301/4302

Hello
i have a taskalfa 3212i with with frequent paper jams
I changed the exit unit, and after 2 weeks of silence the 4301/4302 errors returned.
The machine has last firmware
Does anyone know what else this error could be from?

I had this issue, when duplexing the paper would eject from the top of the exit section rather than pulling back into the switch back.
It would make a grinding/binding noise when this event occured, coming from the drive section.
Like you have done, I also suspected the Exit section. I also replaced the T1 feed tyres, entire feed assembly, new tray and tried a different fuser - no change, sporadic jamming continued.

In my case it was the T1 Feed Clutch that had failed.

I suggest running U034 and doing roughly 200 duplex from each tray. You will likely find it will work perfectly from Multipurpose and Tray 2, but Tray 1 will jam every so often. In your case it may be tray 2/3/4 depending on what configuration you have and how many feeds have gone through the trays. Use the U034 to narrow down what tray is causing the issue and then order up a new feed drive assembly. You can order the individual clutches but Kyocera (UTAX in my case) reccomended replacing the entire drive to prevent cascade failures.
