We have a networked Kyrocera and all of sudden it is asking for a passcode to when you print it. I have turned it off on the network side of the printer but on some employees it is still asking for it. I have updated the driver for it and without physically going to each computer and changing the properties on there I can not get it to stop. Also now it has a ton of jobs in the print que that I can not delete out with a passcode that I do not know. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like private print is setup in the print driver by mistake.
The only way to remove the jobs is with the password or you'll have to wipe the HD. Backup the address book beforeLast edited by bsm2; 12-07-2021, 03:59 PM. -
