    TASKalfa 4002i with C7001

    Have a machine that has a persistent C7001 error. Have checked the toner container, Executed U030 with not errors. Checked wiring, firmware is up to date. Have not replaced the Feed image PWB yet. Machine will run for a couple of days and give this error again. Anyone have this issue before?

      Assuming you've replaced the cartridge ? We've had a bad one before.

          Yes replaced both the toner and waste toner this morning. Will wait and see if that helps.

                  Replacing the toner cartridge and the waste bottle fixed the problem.
