You might be further ahead to see if you can find a Kyocera dealer who's got a bunch of these machines sitting in the grave yard to start swapping components for you. Those DV units are expensive.

As posted above, unless the machine was transported on it's back and all the DV dumped out but you should see evidence of the spill. Something is not adding up and throwing a bunch of expensive parts at it is probably not the way to go.

Transport was done without laying down the machine. it was moved in normal position in a truck. I will try to replace all toners with new ones and see whether this improves the situation.
I did note this weekend that after printing a test page with the striping, the DV's are indeed showing the striping pattern on the DV roller. I will also try again to shake the DV's again to see whether this would improve the result.

Just letting the developer set idle for a year is enough to kill it.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

toddanderson - still working on this one. After shaking the DV's and re-seating them I got an error C7401. I ordered a new black developer and will be installing it end of this week. I will keep everyone updated here.

installed 4 new developers (CMY & Black) into the machine. Now the original error message went away and I got a C2103 message. Seems like this machine is going to give me some headaches ;-)
