4054ci solid cyan image

I am working on a 4054ci with a solid cyan copy edge to edge,
I already replaced the Main HV, engine and image pwb
Has anyone ever check the high voltage output for the charge rollers ?
At the board and what the reading should be, I think it would be different
If it was a 2554ci because the drums are different OPC vs ceramic

Usually the full page coverage is due to the Drum Ground or lack there of. Swap drum units with another one to see if it happens the same. If the Cyan drum unit exhibits the same problem when run in another colour then the drum unit is bad.
