Hello yall, before I start working on this copier I wanted to make sure I do it right this time around and not mess up.
I have attached a few things in the pdf, color sample, color smudge print 1 (happens every few print if color is being printed), event log, test print with creased page (this happens once every few prints) and a status page (356k total print)
compressed Combined samples.pdf - Google Drive
So I am positive this needs the MK-8525B because of the color samples and that I read somewhere that these drums last up to 200k and we are quite over that now.
I looked through these post to give me an idea on how to work on this , I also have a video down below for the noise it makes.

I'm not too sure what exactly the problem but is it the gear that is having an issue?
The sound is making is like it's having a hard time picking up the paper or some sort of gear not turning properly.
I notice as I open tray one there are paper still afloat, like it has picked up, but then drop back down.
If it seems like the gear, what sort of lubrication would I need to purchase?
I am hoping you guys can guide me through this process and thanks again.
