I bought a used printer. The problem is I can not get into the webinterface. I do not know the password. The default password does not work.
How to reset the password ?

I have the password for the printer itself which is needed on the display.

Unfortunately I have already tried everything with my P7035cdn does not work.
I can send commands to the printer. The commands for test pages work. But it does not respond to password reset commands.

They must have a hotline in your Germany visit the web page for support and call that number.

They don't want to help me on the phone.
The printer is strongly encrypted.
The firmware must be reflashed.
The service company would first have to contact Japan for the firmware.

Are you able to login to the operation panel locally? 3500/3500 should work from there. You'll be able to perform any pertinent configuration from that interface.

I think the password can be reset through the control panel: <menu><user login/job account><user login> If prompted for a password, use 3500, 3500

The Service reset the Password by flash the firmware.
But it costs 97 euro.
