    ECOSYS M6635cidn pinching originals

Pinching and eventually names. I know it’s simple, but I’m locking up? Feed rollers, sep pad… something else…?? Tia

Tell us more about this "pinching". What is pinching? What is "eventually names"?

If English is not you native language, please post in your native language.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Pinches as in creases at the width of the feed rollers and jams, not names. I'm sorry.

Creases are usually associated with moist paper. You should try fresh paper from your own source, not the customer's paper. A lot of jamming can also be connected to moist paper, but I won't know until you provide jam codes. Both issues could also be caused by a fuser unit, but without the jam codes there's no way of knowing.
