Office 365 - TLS 1.2 on Older Devices

Hello and apologies for another Office 365 thread.

I'm aware of the Office 365 changes and the fix. Obviously there are older machines that don't have neccessary protocols but there seems to be a generation of devices that support TLS1.2 and SHA2 but still return intermittent 3102 errors.

The models in question are M6030cdn/M6035cidn/M2535dn range. This generation of models is the first generation that seems to have option for TLS 1.2 and SHA2. Has anyone had any success in getting these machiens working?

    Thanks in advance

Have you updated the firmware? The M6035icdn I know has TLS 1.2 but not sure about the M2535.

The only way this is possible is to update the firmware. Check the release bulletins for your models.

The latest firmware for m6030cdn on our portal is v7.02 - I have done this and have TLS 1.2 as an option in protocols but still get intermittent error. Is there a more recent firmware version?
