    Ecosys M5526 stripes after removing jammed paper

    After simply removing a jammed paper at the rear side the MFP has this problem

    This is a print of the status page. Same problem when you make a color copy.
    There seems to be no problem when you make a black and white copy.
    What has happened. Is a electronic board or high voltage unit broken?
    Who knows this problem.
    I fear I don't like these Kyocera machines -

      You could start by reseating all the drums and developers but after that I'd order a PM kit because you have a voltage leak from one of the dev units.

          One of the developing units is arcing to it's drum. When it does, the HVT shuts down for a fraction of a second, making one crossfeed bar of each yellow/cyan/magenta/black. When it happens repeatedly, the bars start to overlap producing interest color bands. The trick is determine which of these developing units is arcing. As you look at your samples, the color with the faintest bars is usually the one that's arcing out. And you'll want to change the affected drum and developing unit at the same time.

          So depending on your skill/luck, this could take 1 visit ... up to 4 visits to get the right combination, or you could shotgun it and order all four color developers and four drums. It's up to you. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
