How can i check what the problem is?

Make sure there's no paper stuck behind the tray. Then U906 to reset.

Unless it was a user induced cassette error it will come back after the 906 after a while. Its best to test the lift motor while there after the reset to make sure it has the the strength to lift various paper loads while running.

print the error log, and find out when and what the tray coded. probably had paper stuck behind the cassette at some point...
