KFS unregister machines on our end for customer to allow new company to register them

Is there a way to remove KFS access to a device via KFS was we have no longer have access to the company. They want to register the machine with another company so we need to remove it from our site. Need to remove the machine and delete their account. Can this be done by simply "Unmanage" the machine and them deleting the machine and then delete the account. Never had to do is.

    Thanks

No you have to delete it from KFS. They can then login with RSAdmin or go into 520 to clear the settings out of the machine. If it's umanaged, it's still registered to your account.
    Hope that helps !

      Thanks

Found out if they are on your KFS then you can contact Kyocera and give them the Model and serial number and they will delete them.
