    Kyocera P7035cdn memory upgrade

Is it worth adding additional memory to the P7035cdn?

Does that speed up printing a lot?

512 Mb are installed as standard. You can upgrade with 1 Gb.

I had now printed something from Photoshop and it took quite a long time. (100 mb could be seen were transferred)
The printer is connected to the 1 Gb port.

The question is also what do you need for memory?
On Ebay there is a dealer 1 Gb memory which is tested for the printer.
But it should also cost 59 euros which I find quite expensive.

Or can it also be normal memory?
    If so what type exactly?

No adding extra RAM or fitting a larger HDD won't speed up a print like it would on a Windows PC.

I would check you have the latest driver, you can experiment with the KX Universal, KX V4 or the KX XPS see which one works best for you.

Updating the firmware will also help.
