    Kyocera TA307ci belt skipping

there is a skipping sound that sounds like a belt below the fuser unit on the right we think we have figured out the problem it appears to be the drive belt for the cleaning brush on the transfer belt but we replaced the belt and the tensioner is still maxed out and skipping attached are images of the part since there is no part number on this

I would replace the unit as a whole if you are sure that is where it is coming from.

Make sure the transfer belt if not getting clogged up, vacuum it out completely or replace it and make sure the gears turn smoothly.

we aren't completely sure it sounds like a belt skipping if you put a screwdriver on the piece while it runs you can feel it and its not the fuser and we replaced the belt and it reduced the sound we also have a 308 with the same issue

The black plastic part needs to be replaced.
          We can see it's broken.
It's the problem with these copiers.
          best regards
