Kyocera M2540 can't scan or print

Customer called said can't scan to folder or print.
Checked all the usual....(Customer IT assisting)
KX driver with IP shows offline.
We can ping the machine ip address
DNS is correct, and gateway
scan to folder password correct, tried different scan folder.

I connected KFS to update firmware.

We are still researching, and scratching my head...

Thoughts??? Ideas??

Have you:-

Tried cross over to laptop?
Access web interface?
Tried setting to DHCP?
Tried a full reset and firmware after backup?
