    Kyocera 3051ci magenta streaks

    Hello,

our Kyocera 3051ci leaves magenta streaks on paper, sometimes on the front, but sometimes also on the flipside.
The drum cleaning program sometimes(?) fixes the issue for 2-3 pages, then it comes back. The other cleaning programs do not effect the outcome.

The streaks are also not on the exact same position every print, black and white prints usually come out fine.
We cleaned the insides, there was loose magenta toner on the transfer belt.

The toner on the pages is dry and can not be rubbed off.
I tried the one spare magenta toner we had, but it did not accept the toner. (We sadly do not use genuine toner)

    Thanks in advance!

Try clean/replace PCR and inspect drum for proper cleaning.

If there's transfer waste on the primary transfer belt ... perhaps then primary transfer belt is not cleaning correctly?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I usually would replace drum and developer especially with those streaks.
