    Kyocera Net Manager

    Hi everyone,

We're in the process of transitioning our print fleet from another brand to Kyocera, and I'm looking to get up to speed with Kyocera Net Manager (KNM) since most of our clients have server and multi users.

Is there any mock demo environment or training simulator available for KNM that we can use to familiarize ourselves with its features and workflow?

Kyocera Net Manager will now be offered as a remote learning class in the NTC, in fact there is a class starting tomorrow (too late for you) but more will be in the works.

The method will be to install Oracle Virtual Box and run a prepared image of Windows Server 2022 eval (promoted to Domain Controller for Active Directory integration) on demo licenses, so this is what is recommended if you want to try it on your own.

You'll need to get the Windows Server 2022 eval in VHD format and create the Virtual Machine yourself, transfer the installation files into the VM and that will give you a good place to start.
It can be loaded right onto Windows 10/11 but that can be twitchy and has no AD.

You can download the software for KNM 10.2 (Print Server for standalone) as well as various installation, admin and user guides from MyKyocera.

You will not get anything to work fully without a demo license for Print Server and at least 2 device licenses.
Dealers can request a demo/NFR license by contacting MyQ at support@myq-solution.com

Since KNM works the same as MyQ (10.2) then you can go to myq-solution.com, create an account and access a support community and more information on the product.
KNM supports only Kyocera hardware where as MyQ supports many hardware manufacturers.
