Inquiry Regarding ID Card Scan Function on Lower-End Kyocera Models

    Good day,

As part of our recent transition to Kyocera devices, we are currently in the process of familiarizing ourselves with the various features and system settings. During our testing, we observed that the ID card scan-to-one-page functionality appears to be unavailable on the lower-end models, whereas this feature works when using the copy function.

We understand that some functions may vary by model, but we would like to ask if there are any available workarounds, solutions, or firmware options that could enable us to scan both sides of an ID onto a single digital page, rather than using only the copy function.

This feature is important for our workflow, especially for digital recordkeeping, and any guidance or alternative methods you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to your response.

I would suspect it is due to the lack of HDD which is optional on lower models.
Their are notations that ‘Print one to many’ requires adding one, the op guide may speak to a requirement for your feature.

    Try adding an HD-17….64gb SSD.
