[Error Code] Taskalfa 4054ci Code C1950 Transfer belt.

Hello, I have replaced the transfer belt on a Kyocera 4054ci and now I'm getting blank copies with no error codes. I had followed the instructions that come with the new transfer belt.
all packing material removed and no bend pins, or bad connectors also checked drums and developer connectors with no luck Any help would be appreciated.

4054ci has 4 color lifting in the belt.
Check/ turn white gear on the rear from belt, it will lift up black roller at first, second turn will lift CMY rollers.
NO lift >> no image
