    KDACenteral PCS Parts Warranty Returns button does not work

    I am trying to put in some non serialized parts in the Parts Warranty Returns part of the page. And when clicking on the 'Request return' button is it not opening up like usual.

    This is not my first time having this problem, it happened back in March of this year, and when I asked the Customer Service hotline they only told me to delete the cache, which I have done many times.

    I also do not have any extensions on my browsers, I also tried on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, where Chrome is my main browser.

    Another thing! I have tried to look at it on mobile, and it does not open anything

    Download Brave Browser, import your bookmarks and give it a go.

    When I deleted browsing history in Chrome, it would work for a while with Konica Minolta site with a similar issue.

    Brave just kept working for me.
