Default send screen 4004i

Can the one touch keys be displayed on the default send screen on a 4004i-6054ci similar to the 02, 03 series send screens?

I'm trying to do this for a customer going from a 3 series to a 4 series. They don't like having to bring up the one touch keys.

The one touch keys are no longer one touch when you have to dig for them.
It annoyed me and I'm not an end user.
