Message system error 9000 . Also message "toner container is not set correctly" or something like this. I read to upgrade firmware can it be something else?

C9000 is Document Processor Communication issue. Do a FW upgrade, if still not resolved check and reseat the connectors to the DP. If that still doesn't fix it you may have to replace the DP PWB/ Main PWB.
As for the toner, that could be the customer installing a previously used waste toner bottle into the K. Try a known good new K toner and test.
This could also be related to Main PWB which would track with the DP error.
