black image on taskalfa 3501i

At early morning when cuxtomer comes to hiw office first copies are solid black (sometimes follows copies with dot pattern that looks to me similar to the brush that cleans charge roller) and then it copies ok. In my warehause this machine worked fine for several days. I suspect humidity. What can i do?

make sure that the u930 charge roller counter is not wildly inaccurate to the actual condition of the roller. a newer roller but with high counter in u930 can upset the charging in humid warmup conditions in my experience.
