MA4500ix interface password problem

Hello, the main board of the MA4500ix machine has been changed, but we cannot access the interface with the setup password. Can you help me?

I think it's the case that can only be done from the devices touchscreen, we had something very similar only last week, though on a slightly older device. 🤷♂️
