    Kyocera P6030 Horizontal Color Stripes

    Hi all.

    We have this Kyocera P6030 that is acting up for some time now. It has less than 26.000 prints. Prints sometimes come out clean or with light color lines, but sometimes it's so bad that the page is unusable. I attached a sample page and the status page where you can see a light yellow line.

    I read some other posts suggesting this is a drum and developer problem. I just need confirmation and help to detect which one is the culprit.

      I think you're you on the right track. Look at the yellow drum/developing units. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
