    7003 C6740

    Howdy folks,

Got a 7003 that went down last week with C6740. IH pwb overheat. We removed the IH pwb cover and blew all the crap out of the fan (held the fan so it couldn't spin) and cleaned the intake filter. Ran good for 3 days and the code is back. If the customer uses the machine lightly it appears ok but if they run big jobs it will eventually code out.

    Anyone else seen this?

    Thanks

The listed suspects for this code are the Fuser IH PWB and the Engine PWB. However I had one machine that replacing the Fuser IH unit coil assembly solved this issue.
If you're lucky you can swap with another machine to find which item is a fault.
