Have a hard time with Intermittent Back Ground when Faxing and Scanning on a CS4002i w/ DP-7110. Customer complains of black box on there faxes and scans usually in the morning or after their lunch break. Usually when the machine first boots up from sleep mode. This has been an on going issue with another tech and he has already swapped out the CCD Lens unit months prior to it coming into the shop. Since it's been in the shop, we have replaced the ENG and Main PWB's and yesterday we replaced the Main HV PWB. Since it's so intermittent it's hard to tell if we have fixed this issue or not. Has anyone had this problem? I attached samples of a printed scan and a fax conformation page. Yes firmware is current, we have also factory defaulted the machine and wiped the HDD.
