Hello,
we have a Kyocera printer that has some strange behaviour when printing some excel sheets. It prints everything except some thin borders that are not printed. When printing it first to PDF and then to the printer it shows as expected.
I'm almost 100% sure that's a printer problem or missconfiguration, nothing to do with excel as I tried to print it to another printer that's the same exact model and it works normally.
Note that I could solve it setting the option Printing optimizations to disabled under document options (configured from the PC) but in the printer that's working is set to enabled. Changing this solved the issue I know, but I don't like to keep different configurations and also not knowing the real root of the issue.
After this I tried to compare the configurations directly on these two printers and at first sight I think everything is the same on both, but probably I forgot to check something as there are so many options.
Could someone please help me with this ?
Thanks in advance!
