    [Misc] Kyocera "AutoStore" PKG File

    Hi All.

I'm taking a shot in the dark here.

I have a client that has a TASKalfa 3500i that has the AutoStore App installed on it. The App went corrupt and I need to install it again. Seeing that is a very old app I can't seem to find the Autostore PKG file anywhere.

Does anybody on this forum have a copy?

    Kind regards

    Tommy

That would have to come from Kofax.

Previously, it would have been Nuance, but Kofax bought them some time ago. Before that, it was Notable Solutions.

You would most likely need their app to install, as well.

It really all needs to be performed by whoever does the customer's AutoStore support.

Well a quick check on KDCentral indicates that the KyoCapture product is now known as Kyocera Capture Manager, and there is no longer any reference to the original product. I am not sure you would ever find support to re-install and re-license the original product.

The '0' series does support DMConnect, and the workflow you are trying to re-establish could probably be re-created with that product. DMConnect 3.0 is not free, but will be your best bet to restore that which has been lost.

        good luck...
