Yes, I had already changed the main board, but without success.

I thought F010 was a SSD communication error ???

Replacing the main PCB is the last thing to try. What all have you tried to resolve the issue before replacing the main PCB?

Had this issue on a 5053ci and the solution was to replace the LVPS(2) and SSD, IC401 was damaged on the original LVPS and on the 1st one I replaced. The original call was placed because the machine was displaying 'restoring system files'. I thought it might be a bad hard drive but after replacing it and updating the firmware ,problem was still there. Machine only had 12K on the meter. Phoned Kyocera and they seemed not to know about this issue, but was confirmed by our regional Kyocera rep as he had seen the same problem on 2-3 other same series machines.

Have had it 2-3 times with "running security function" or stuck in welcome screen.
New function from Iris, called "Secure Boot".
Most important point in all cases was NO NOISE FROM MOTOR TURNING!
If you hear no motor, no 24V present and LVU pwb can be the reason.
But i didn't see F010 up to yet.
Good to know for further cases.
