trasfert belt kyocera 2552-2553 light gray line and c2840 random

first gray line:total paged printed : 200k , 150k bk 50k col
last fw version
cleaning motor tested ok
checked waste box ass'y rear ok
toner oem

look attached example , printed in a4 the problem is the line I circled (not the bottom because I darkened the scan to show it)
anyone have solved this without changing the belt?

in this i have grease gear cleaning and put a shim in the internal door that closes and covers the development-drum and belt groups so that it puts more pressure on the connector contact belt , not it work but not sure this is finally solved

i asked this because I have more than one with these defects
anyone have solverd this 2 issue?

strange , image printed not have a problem , if blade rotate bad it should stain

I would take out fuser and look at discharge grid (spikes) really good and see if something in there . I have that issues with C2840 code

strange IH it should not center with the belt but with the fuser

for gray line i have disassembly cleaning , cleaning all and remove paper dust and toner, removed encrustations from the metal roller and replaced the brush roller with a used one and it seems to work

very easy and fast
at least they gave the single spare parts

Go to the search tab and enter 2840 , Ropariva has a service bulletin listing the 2553 and the 2840 code referencing about the grid .

already at other times, when the toner recovery and the discharge hopper get clogged but I had completely replaced the cleaning group with another one for recovery, only long and difficult and being alone to do assistance a few times the desire passes me
remove the front belt cover
remove the cleaning motor
Unscrew the front and rear screws that hold the cleaning assembly and rails where the springs are
rotate the entire cleaning unit and remove it

however the discharge grilles are clean and the fuser is good(very very strange)
