KM-6030 custom paper size?

I installed a new KM-6030 last week...
The customer recieves strange word docs via e-mail and when they want to print them the machine asks to load paper 209x217 (or somthing like that) on the MP tray.
I set up the MP tray for that specific custom size, and it worked fine.
But the customer is not happy keeping the MP tray full all the time.
I then set-up tray 3 with A4 sef and when they print now the machine still looks for paper on the MP tray.
At the display they now have to press tray 3 and continue.
They are still not happy as they now have to get up all the time...
I have set-up the override letter\A4 option.
any advice???

you can set the machine up to defult to a certain tray and turn of the like for like setting turn that to auto

This is what you get with Odd sized PDFs.

I have a title firm that receives packets of scans. Occasionally the scanner has detected an 8 1/2 x 13" original. The printer stops and says "Load 8 1/2 x 13 Paper." If you select legal sized paper it continues until you get another 8 1/2 x 13.

The best compromise for my customer was to turn off Auto Paper Selection, select Tray #2 for legal, all set in the driver. =^..^=
