Ok, so what's the trick to accessing the Service Portal (QAs, open tickets)?

I try using IE but it's redirecting me to Edge, which won't work. Was there a bulletin I missed?

Im using Firefox ok.

In saying that, we only have access to the download section for firmware, bulletins and manuals etc.

yes, I am strictly talking about the Service Portal (Internet Explorer only).

Use Google Chrome. Have problems with IE.

It's designed to only work with IE. Trust me, I wouldn't touch it otherwise.

I don't know. All I know is that I was having trouble with IE using the Portal and KFS and Kyocera told me to use Chrome ? Been using it ever since.

Maybe it was just me.

I'll have to try Chrome. Edge works, but you have to put it into IE mode.

It's designed to only work with IE. Trust me, I wouldn't touch it otherwise.

Try this. Go to Edge settings (3 dot in top right of browser), click on "Default browser", in the "Allow Sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer Mode", hit the dropdown and select "Default".
