Have a DF 7100 Finisher on a TA 2554ci copier.
It initially had a stapling and stacking problem. Replaced the stapler which fixed the stapling problem.
The stacking issue I am having is when it is stacking the paper to be stapled it does not every time stack the paper properly so the staple misses some of the sheets or not aligned properly. The first sheet is correct, the next sheet may not be.

Checked the Finisher and all mylars, static brushes and guides are correct (at least they appear to be).
Firmware is up to date.
The annoying thing is I have tested the Finisher on a machine in the workshop and it operates fine.
I have also taken our own paper to the customer, their paper is a bit curly, to run in the machine on site.
The machine still would not stack the paper for stapling consistently.
The only thing left is the copier.
At the moment we are all out of ideas, first one of these Finishers we have had play up.
Needs some ideas to point me in the right direction.
Anyone had a similar issue?
