jam code 4711 duplex jam TA4052ci

Hi tech's, has anyone seen this jam code 4711 on a TA4052ci, basically paper gets past fuser and into top exit rollers and stops, exit rollers don't spin , single sided print is fine, so far i have tried new exit assm and fuser unit, im just waiting for a feed pwb to arrive and also a complete side door. Any thoughts appreciated

Once while replacing the toner hopper unit I failed to completely seat one of the connectors on the Feed Image PWB and got the same issue. Single sided copies were fine but it would jam in the exit unit because the reverse motor wasn't switching on during the switchback operation.

May want to try reseating those connectors while you wait for the new Feed Image PWB.

Thanks Darry, spot on , there was a connector barely sticking up on the image feed pwb, we had a tech change wtb back in feb this year , this is what threw me off, the customer on printed in duplex last week only because they had a new pc installed and the driver installed was duplex by default.

Glad it helped. It amazed me that when I found it that the only thing not working was duplex. Everything else was fine.
