KM-2050 dirty on back of copies

Fairly new installation... about 5000 copies.
toner scatter on back of copies.
I've noticed a bit of toner build up just below the drum and also a slight bit on the transfer roller.
I wiped it away - it's a bit better but not compleatly gone.
    what it causing this?

You could be having a cleaning unit issue or developing unit issue. Clean out both completely, run some copies and see what happens. You'll probably have to run U130 to put toner back into the developing unit depending on how well you cleaned it.

sometimes cleaning the seal deforms and pulls toner to copy. I happen by a mishandling of the unit in question.

Clean the transfer unit, make some copies, hope that solves the problem
