Difference between PF-740 vs PF-740(B)

What is the difference between PF-740 VS PF-740(B)? I know that the pf-740 is compatible with 3050ci, 5550ci, 6550ci, 7550ci, 7550ci, 3500i, 5500i, 6500, 8000i. The PF-740(B) is compatible with 7002i, 90002i, 7052ci. The reason why I'm asking is because i need - PARTS PWB FRONT DECK ASSY SP - PN = 303nf94060 for a PF-740(B). PF-740B is more stout than the pf-740?

Generally they're identical, the (B) just means it's backwards compatible, so you couldn't use the PF-740 on the 7002i. Not sure if the board in question will work though.
