[Misc] Kyocera M2460idw DP Slow

Hello,I have a strange symptom on a Kyocera M2460idw.And the DP draws in the originals more slowly than usual.But I can't find any changed settings on the device.So everything works on the original feeder, but only at half speed.What could that be ?Thanks to allMarkus

There's a setting in the system menu for DP Read Action. Either Speed or Image Quality.

Try to figure stuff out, you'll feel a sense of fulfillment.
System Menu>Copy>DP Read Action> select either Speed Priority or Quality Priority

Turn off quiet mode... it will slow the machine down close to half speed when it is turned on

Not sure about this model, but I've seen on other Kyocera machines where the scan speed is slowed when color or auto color is selected. This is a b&w machine but it can scan in color. I would default the scan settings to grayscale if possible to improve scan speed.

Hello,Thanks for the tips, just spoke to the customer, he said it's even slower than last week.It is mainly copied.
Switching to priority speed in the system menu brought something but not normal speed like it did several weeks ago, I don't understand that....Quiet mode is off.Quality, etc is standard.
