MAchines copies and prints fine but when customer prints from certain pages that have cyan color letters the prints for these letters are fade and too light. Can anybosy tell me how to calibrate machine to solve this problem?

This is a BW machine. Cyan is being rendered to it's greyscale equivalent.
On the 'Imaging' tab of the KX driver, select 'Print text as Black' (yes, this is still available in the BW driver)
