Kyocera, Task Alfa 3511i Registration problem

Hello, I wanted to ask if it ever happened to anyone on this machine that the prints are not aligned, on the left side of the page the start of the print is never in the same place I send an attachment, thanks in advance
it looks like a registration problem.

I'm going to assume that the variation in registration is in the feed direction, not the crossfeed direction. The typical things to look at when the image prints in different places on the paper (in this order):

        *registration clutch
*registration roller (worn or has self-adhesive labels stuck to it)
*registration roller bushings (is the roller difficult to turn? Clean first)
*worn registration switch flag or dusty registration sensor
*dirty vertical path rollers or poor contact of the vertical path rollers with the door closed
*feed issue with a cassette (slow feed from a cassette port means that occasionally the paper arrives late at the registration sensor ... too late to register properly, but not so late as to jam)

If your variation is in the crossfeed direction, perhaps the tray side guides are loose?

Have you checked these things? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
