taskalfa 5501 and taskalfa 3500 problems

1)With 5501 ADF looks like "dead" i put paper on adf and nothing happens. I swapped with an other working ADF from an other machine but the same.
I suspect ADF board on the machine. Am i right?
2) With 5500 error 6250. I swapped with other fusing units but the same error code. Is there anything else i have to try except PWB?

Have you tried maintenance mode then 901? maybe an error stuck in the system which needs cleared.

I have executed U906 (reset error code ) with no result

Fuser problems on older machines have to be reset with sim U163.

Which model doc feeder is having the issue? If it's the one with the feed tires hanging from the cover (DP770 reversing adf), then the little frame that the tires are mounted in could be broken. It has a tab that limits how far it can hang down, and if it's broken, the assembly hangs too low for a flag to be seen in a switch.
