    Err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch

Trying to log into the web interface on a used machine we purchased and get the message

This site can't provide a secure connection

    X.X.X.X uses an unsupported protocol.

    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Think the machine is to old to support TLS version, bummer.

What browser are you using? Try Firefox, if using a Windows based browser. Turn on tls 1.2 of user side and server side in the security tab if possible.

Hopefully you have a windows pc. Use Internet Explorer, or I.E. compatibility mode in Edge to access the webpage.

Easiest solution is to use older Firefox: PortableApps.com - Browse /Mozilla Firefox, Portable Ed. at SourceForge.net

Get 3-4 years old firefox and you can access web interf.

Got into the printer web interface. It was a setting the dealer had turned on. And they changed the Admin user name and password. It the a way to clear that back to the default?

If you can login to the machine using the numerical login, go to login authentication/job accounting and you can change the admin password.
