M8124 Customer wants to add print profiles

Customer wants to add print profiles for each user. I haven't had to do this before. How do you set the new profile up as the default? Is it just for that user? Thanks. I couldn't find hardly anything in the manual.

I assume you are talking about Print Profiles in the KX Driver ? Just configure the driver the way you want, then click save as in the profile box.
You can name it and save it. That will only be for that workstation, but you can export it to a server or share so all users can import that profile without having to recreate it on each workstation.
    Hope that helps !

If they create more than one, how do they make one of them default? Can they change the original default or delete it? Thanks.

Any changes you make under Printers>printing preferences is permanent for all jobs. Set the initial settings as you want for all jobs, then make the other profiles available. There is no need to make a profile default.
        Hope that helps !
