In a small office there is a Kyocera 256i configured to send scans to an email address.
Up until last month, the network was immediately downstream from the router (192.168.1.0).
A firewall has been put in there is now a LAN (192.168.121.0) and the printer has been moved here, along with all the PCs.
The printer gets its IP address from the firewall's DHCP and Win10 PCs can both print and scan with the TA UTAX software.
We want to continue sending the scans directly from the printer, but the error 0x2202 is always returned.
From the control panel I verified that the SMTP settings and credentials are correct.
I tried to raise the Timeout to 120 seconds, as I read in some articles on the net.
I also opened all firewall ports.
But the error remains.
Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
