Print out the status page and check the toner levels on the colour bars. These full toner feels light and they can be mistaken as empty. The machine automatically adds toner when needed . Are there any message on the control panel ?.
You can also check the status of the toner from the web server.THE ONLY THING FOR EVIL TO TRIUMPH IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING..........edmund burke -

There may be more to this Add Toner situation, I've had to address it on a couple of machines. It has been modified in the factory or with a mod kit ... and as far as I can tell, neither of the factory fixes work. I've posted something here, but cannot seem to locate it right now.
Oh wait, here it is:
I hope it helps you. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes, you are correct in that there is a bulletin titled -subject -"Measure to prevent a premature toner empty message". It said a spring does not have sufficient force to cause a gear that rotate to feed tone from the container.
Part number 302r794450
The bulletin said that machine shipped from feb 2017 has that remedy already. The bulletin was dated as feb 2017. It also said that the spring cannot be replaced in the field.THE ONLY THING FOR EVIL TO TRIUMPH IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING..........edmund burkeComment
