Don't have the info itself. Maybe this thread has what you're looking for.

Re: FS-6525 ADF Rear Top Cover Catch
IIRC, the illustration has a description and part number for the one on the front edge, and you're supposed to assume that the one on the rear edge is the exactly identical. I'll do some research. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: FS-6525 ADF Rear Top Cover Catch
Here is some information that I added to our parts manual that I received from Kyocera. This should give you the part number needed for the front or rear catch. Hope this helps.
303HL07161 Front Hook PF cover
3HL07170 Rear Hook PF Cover
These are the white latches that lock the top cover down that mount on the front and rear frames of the DP.Last edited by lees; 01-09-2023, 08:17 PM.Comment

Re: FS-6525 ADF Rear Top Cover Catch
This is a horrible DF to work on if it has internal problems, count your blessings that it was a latch. They are definitely not made to be disassembled to the core, I tried it once for a difficult problem and ended up throwing it away cause I couldn't get it back together. I just swap them out now if the problem is intense. The machine itself is easy peasy though, I must have 50 of them out there with very few problems. FYI, those charge rollers and cleaning blades are available on ebay for a fraction of the price on the slow boat from china. They don't last as long, but good on low volume accounts. I find I have to clean the charge rollers more often, but on low volume accounts it's still only once a year. If you search around, you'll find they are available for other models too. I seem to go through quite a few cleaning blades on the color version of this machine 8525, the aftermarkets seem to work fairly well for pretty friggin cheap.Comment
